Officially: "Wolves" signed R. Jimenez for £30 million

"Wolves" announced on Thursday that they have bought the contract of 27-year-old Raul Jimenez from "Benfica" in Lisbon. The Mexican player played this season for "Wolves" on loan. R. Jimenez quickly became one of the leaders, so the "Wolves" decided to acquire full rights to him without much hesitation. R. Jimenez has scored 15 goals and made eight assists in 37 games this season. "The impact Raul has had on the club in such a short time is fantastic. We are incredibly happy that he will be part of the team in the near future," said Wolves sporting director Kevin Thelwell. The striker signed a five-year contract with "Wolves". The club paid a record-breaking fee of £30 million for him. This season, not only R. Jimenez shines on the field, but the entire "Wolves" team as they march in seventh place.
