The player of the England national team and the guard of Munich, Owen Hargreaves, most likely broke his leg and will not be able to help his national team in the match against Macedonia on October 7.
The 25-year-old player left the field in his club's match against "Arminia", which Munich lost 1-2, after only 24 minutes when he collided with his opponent Thorben Marx.
"We believe that he broke his shinbone. However, we will know more precisely after the tests," said the team's head coach Felix Magath.
O. Hargreaves, who is constantly linked to England's "Manchester United" club, secured his place in the main lineup of the England national team after the recent World Cup.
