Manchester United and Manchester City were negotiating for Pedro, but after the “Red Devils“ withdrew from the talks, the English champions club swiftly joined in.

According to “Sky Sports“ expert Guillemo Ballague, negotiations between “Chelsea“ and “Barcelona“ clubs began on Tuesday, but the clubs quickly found a compromise. The transfer fee is £21 million.

28-year-old Pedro has become one of “Barcelona“'s golden age symbols over the past seven years.

During his time in Catalonia, he won 5 “La Liga“ titles, 4 Spanish “Super Cups“, 3 times the Champions League, “Copa del Rey“ and UEFA “Super Cup“, and twice triumphed in the FIFA Club World Cup.

With the Spanish national team, Pedro has become a World and European champion."
