Although the 2024 European U19 Girls Championship has not yet taken place, on Friday the draws for the first stage of the 2025 championship qualifiers were already made.
Among them, the Lithuanian national team learned their opponents - Lithuanians will compete in group B3, where their opponents will be the national teams of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Wales, and Georgia.
The qualifying matches in autumn will be played in a mini-tournament system, with the winners of all groups and one best second-place team advancing to the higher division.
The second qualifying stage, after which all teams playing in the final stage of the 2025 tournament in Poland will be determined, will be played next year in March.
