After a humiliating 0-8 loss against "Barcelona" club over the weekend, Pamplona's "Osasuna" bounced back, playing a draw 0-0 at home against "Sevilla".
The hosts could have won, but the excellent performance of the visiting goalkeeper Javi Varas kept his goal safe.
Meanwhile, a late goal by Daiel Estrada secured a 1-0 victory for San Sebastian's "Real Sociedad" against league newcomer "Granada".
Estrada scored with a great long-range shot in the second half.
