Yesterday it was announced that 25-year-old "Blues" team midfielder Oscar will most likely move to Shanghai SIPG for 60 million pounds sterling.
Today Oscar himself confirmed that the negotiations are almost finalized and he will move to China in January.
"90 percent, everything is almost done," - SporTV interviewed the Brazilian player. - "Only a few details need to be resolved to finalize the negotiations."
Oscar arrived at "Chelsea" in 2012 and played in more than 200 matches.
