For some time now, Spotify owner Daniel Ek has been wanting to acquire Arsenal club. Just under three weeks ago, the 38-year-old billionaire confirmed that Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke rejected his £1.8 billion bid to buy the club. Now, Sky Sports and Daily Mail report that D. Ek should raise his offer to £2 billion in the near future. Ek himself is a big Arsenal fan and after the failed Super League idea, Daniel saw a good opportunity to try and buy the club. However, it is unclear whether buying the club is a realistic possibility, as Kroenke and his family have so far refused to sell the team and are not entering into any negotiations. Gunners fans are not satisfied with this situation and would like to see some changes in the club's management, but such deals usually progress very slowly.
