After eleven successful years at London's "Chelsea" club, Petr Cech moved to "Arsenal", but his playing time with the "Gunners" team seems to be not the quiet end of his career, but another great period.
The Czech national team goalkeeper has so far won four Premier League titles and one UEFA Champions League title with the "aristocrats".
Now the veteran is just a few steps away from another special achievement.
If Cech keeps his goal dry in this Saturday's English championship match against Liverpool's "Everton", he will only need ninety more minutes to become the record holder.
Currently, the Czech has completed 167 matches without conceding a goal, so David James' record is within reach. The former England national team goalkeeper has managed to keep a clean sheet in 169 Premier League matches.
