London's "Arsenal" player Petr Cech has become the goalkeeper with the most "dry" goals in history.
The 33-year-old veteran reached 170 matches without conceding a single goal last night when the "Gunners" defeated "Bournemouth" 2-0.
The previous record belonged to former England goalkeeper David James.
Interestingly, the previous record of 169 "dry" goals was achieved in 572 matches, while Cech achieved an even more impressive result in just 352 matches.
There is almost no doubt that the record at 170 such matches will not stop, and the Czech will raise the bar even higher in the coming years.
The North London team he represents has earned three points and climbed to the top spot at least until tomorrow.
