One of the best referees of all time, Pierluigi Collina, calls for a revision of the penalty kick rules.
According to the Italian, there are now too many opportunities given to the attacking player.
"A penalty kick presents a greater chance of scoring a goal than a foul committed by an opponent," he said.
The player taking the kick can repeat the shot, and I believe that should be forbidden.
Players should not be allowed to cluster around in that area before the kick, as they now look like horses waiting for the gates to open," Collina added.
