"Juventus" forward Paulo Dybala wants to follow in the footsteps of Alessandro Del Piero, but he believes that he still lacks goals to reach the level of the Italian.
The Argentine national team member recently signed a new contract with the club and concluded talks about possibly moving to "Barcelona" or "Real Madrid" this summer.
Dybala is now linked with "bianconeri" until 2022. For comparison, Del Piero spent as many as 19 years in the ranks of "Juve."
"Del Piero is an example," the 23-year-old footballer told Sky Sports.
"Following in his footsteps will be difficult both on and off the field."
"He scored a lot more goals. To be like Del Piero, I still have a lot to work on."
This season, having scored 17 goals and made eight assists in over 40 games in all competitions, Dybala hopes to become a star of "Juventus" in the future and a symbol of the team.
