Fabrizio Romano and other reliable sources, such as "Telegraph", Gianluca Di Marzio, announce that Paulo Fonseca will not be appointed as the new Tottenham coach. According to Fabrizio, everything was supposed to happen, the contract was ready, and it was just left to be signed, but the deal collapsed due to tax issues. Specific details are not yet known, but it may simply have been Tottenham's decision. Di Marzio now announces that the North London club has started negotiations with Gennaro Gattuso, who recently left the position of "Fiorentina" coach after just 20 days.
