Arsene Wenger received harsh lessons from Pep Guardiola's "Manchester City" for the second time this week.
Yesterday, the "Gunners" suffered a 0-3 defeat at home to the "Cityzens" in the Premier League, and on Sunday they lost the battle for the league cup trophy with an identical result.
In a press conference, P. Guardiola said that he understands the difficult situation the experienced strategist is in, but emphasized that he has the experience to overcome these difficulties.
"He knows that I am a big fan of his," Guardiola said. "I have fought with him many times both at Barcelona and Bayern clubs, just as I do here in the Premier League."
"I understand his situation and know that coaches can face such difficulties. However, Arsene is experienced and knowledgeable in how to navigate through these situations.
He knows the club, the players and the Premier League well. I am confident that he will make the right decision - for the players, the club, and everyone, including himself," P. Guardiola concluded.
In England, Arsenal almost have no chance of making it into the top four - the gap after this defeat has increased to 10 points. The only salvation for the "Gunners" is the UEFA Europa League, where they will face "Milan" in the quarter-finals.
