Manchester City's head coach Pep Guardiola stated that Kevin de Bruyne is not yet ready to play against Prague's Sparta team and praised the superb performance of John Stones:

"There are no major issues with K. de Bruyne, but we want him to be 100 percent ready.

I cannot tell you exactly how long the Belgian will be unable to play... I do not know this.

It will probably take a bit more time.”
