Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola stated ahead of the upcoming match against Real Madrid that the main defenders of the team have played together for only 90 minutes and mentioned other teams:

"Our main defenders have played together for only 90 minutes over three months... They have played together for only 90 minutes.”

This happens to Real, London’s Arsenal, and many other teams due to a season with many matches. The number of matches has significantly increased.

Manchester City is currently in fourth place in the English championship with 44 points.
