Pep Guardiola is wary of one opponent ahead of the new English Premier League season.

The manager of Manchester City identified Newcastle United as the "dark horse" of the new season for one reason.

The Catalan said: "Since they will only play one match per week, Newcastle will return to the fight for top positions."

The first meeting between Newcastle and Manchester City this season is set for September 28 at St. James' Park.
