After moving to Munich, Leroy Sane has long been associated with Bayern, at least for now he remains a player of Manchester City.
It seems that the 23-year-old German would like to see him in his team next season, according to City's manager Pep Guardiola.
"We want him to stay. We hope he will be here for another season, that's why we offered him a new contract.
I want Sane in my team. He has exceptional qualities that we need from wide attackers. But everything depends on the player himself.
It's the same situation as with Jadon Sancho. We want him, we do everything we can, but if the player doesn't want to be here, what can we do? Nothing," Guardiola said in an interview with journalists.
Last season, L. Sane played 47 games for Man City, scoring 16 goals and providing 18 assists.
