"Manchester United" defender Phil Jones hopes to return to the starting lineup of the "Red Devils" in the near future.
Unable to play for a month previously, in yesterday's UEFA Champions League match against "Wolfsburg" the Englishman appeared for the third consecutive game after coming on as a substitute.
This season, a solid center-back duo has been formed by Chris Smalling and Daley Blind, but with injuries to Luke Shaw and Marcos Rojo, it is likely that Jones will soon be given a chance.
"I am fit," - the footballer told MUTV. "I played 20 or 25 minutes against 'Ipswich', 20 minutes against 'Sunderland' and just a little less than 20 minutes last night (against 'Wolfsburg' - EuroFootball), so I am slowly regaining my positions, physical strength, and sharpness."
"I feel good, so I hope to stay healthy and successfully reintegrate into the team."
