Manuel Locatelli continues to be one of the most sought-after central midfielders in Europe during the off-season. The price for the Sassuolo midfielder is around 40 million euros, and the clubs most interested in him are Juventus and Arsenal, according to the press. However, Juventus vice-president and former legendary footballer Pavel Nedved is convinced that an agreement between Sassuolo and the "old lady" will be reached. P. Nedved commented to "SportMediaset" newspaper: "We are in negotiations with Sassuolo to acquire Locatelli. We are confident that we have made a suitable offer for an agreement to be reached. We are sure that we will reach an agreement as soon as possible." Earlier, the president of Sassuolo stated that Arsenal had made a very serious offer. Of course, this could also have been a bluff to attract more attention from Juventus, with whom Locatelli's current club has good relations.
