At the moment, Paul Pogba, who traveled to Asia with the "Juventus" team, does not overshadow the unexpected change of the team's coach.
Last month, Antonio Conte, who had successfully led the Italian team for three seasons, decided to step down and give his place to Massimiliano Allegri.
During a press conference held before tomorrow's friendly match with the Indonesian stars team, P. Pogba expressed his joy about the trip to Asia.
"It is an honor for me to be here. I am glad that the club decided to continue the preparations for the season in Asia," said the Frenchman. "We were very surprised by the incredibly warm welcome of the fans. We hope to not only have a good time tomorrow, but also to delight the spectators."
Asked about the differences between the former team coach Antonio Contes and the one who replaced him, M. Allegri, P. Pogba responded: "They are both excellent coaches. I had no trouble finding common ground with both Conte and Allegri. We are ready and motivated to work together for a successful and harmonious job."
When the conversation turned to questions about a new contract with "Juventus", P. Pogba did not provide specific answers.
"Wearing the 'Juve' jersey gives me a lot of joy. I am not interested in the future, as I live in the present and focus on work. I do not think about a new contract and there are no scheduled meetings with the club management in the near future. I only care about one thing - playing well," noted the Frenchman.
