„Manchester United“ forward Marcus Rashford scored a beautiful goal against „Celta Vigo“. Thanks to Rashford, „The Red Devils“ lead 1:0 after the first leg of the Europa League semi-final.
The English team seemed unable to score and the result looked disappointing. However, Paul Pogba revealed that his teammate from „Manchester United“ predicted that he would be able to break through and send the ball into the net.
The 19-year-old has developed a habit of scoring crucial goals since joining the men's team. Pogba also disclosed that Rashford's self-confidence is very high: „We don't look at age here. He's been playing great this season, and we have confidence in him as well,“ Pogba said.
„When he went to take the penalty, he told me he would score. He did it, and that's the most important thing. We had plenty of chances in this match that we didn't take advantage of. It's not the first time it has happened this season, but we need to continue working patiently and create more opportunities,“ the Frenchman added.
