"Manchester United" legend Peter Schmeichel believes that the club needs a director responsible for football affairs and that he would be a perfect candidate.
The Manchester team fired Jose Mourinho and brought in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to bring order. The team currently does not have a football director but is inclined to find someone for this position.
"I see myself in this position. I want to be involved in football again in some way. I know I'm getting older, but my life changed after I left football. I think I could bring back the identity of the 'Man Utd' team and introduce the thinking of Sir Alex, which was successful.
I wonder if I have the qualifications for that, and when I find the answer, I will consider whether to apply for this position," said one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time.
