Former England national team and "Manchester United" football player Paul Scholes gave advice to Declan Rice before the start of the knockout stages of the European Championship.
In his Instagram account, P. Scholes wrote: "Mainoo will make the game, Foden and Bellingham will win the match. Decai, please, think more about attacking and pass the ball less. Too quick!"
Later, the former midfielder had a response to Ian Wright's suggestion to play Bukayo Saka in the position of right-back.
"It's becoming funny when 'Arsenal' legends try to push Saka into the right-back position, afraid that he will be left on the bench instead of Cole Palmer," - further explained P. Scholes.
On Sunday at 19:00 England will face Slovakia in the EURO 2024 quarterfinals.
Just a reminder that Paul Scholes retired at 29 years of age from international football as he couldn't stand Lampard/Gerrard being picked ahead of him in the midfield. pic.com/K58cpDHbcZ
