The football club "Panevėžys" will conclude the most intense segment of their schedule on Sunday with a home match. In the 29th round of the "TOPsport A league", the Panevėžys team will host their neighbors in the standings, Marijampolė's "Sūduva".

The team from the capital of Aukštaitija is ranked tenth with 24 points, while their opponents have a one-point advantage but have played three matches more. "Sūduva" has won 5 times, drawn 10 times, and lost 13 times in 28 encounters.
