Once a powerful "Serie A" club "Parma" is changing hands.
Last December, the Italian team was acquired by oil magnate from Albania Rezart Taci, but facing financial difficulties, he was forced to change his plans.
It is reported that on Monday "Parma" was transferred for a symbolic one euro to the representative of "Mapi Group" Giampietro Manenti.
The main goal of the new owners is to start liquidating debts as soon as possible, because players can become free agents and leave for other clubs as early as February 16.
At the moment, "Parma" is in last place in the Italian championship.
