Legendary Italian football team "Parma" returns to where it was for many years - to the "Serie A" championship.
In the elite ranks in the period of 1995-1999, the former "Parma" in 2015 due to financial problems moved from the "Serie A" championship to the fourth level of Italian football league.
After a painful bankruptcy, "Parma" rose again and with each passing year climbed higher - in the first year they reached the third league from the "Serie D" championship, in the following years they moved from the third league to "Serie B", and this year they finally secured a place in the highest division of the country's football.
Their return to the "Serie A" championship was determined by a 2-0 victory against "Spezia". "Parma" stayed in second place, giving up the first position to "Empoli".
