Japan's national team coach Akira Nishino has decided on the final lineup for the World Cup in Russia.
Out of the 23 footballers, Kento Misao, Yosuke Ideguchi, and Takumai Asono did not secure spots, despite being candidates to go to the World Cup.
The Japanese team will play in Group H alongside Colombia, Poland, and Senegal.
The first match for the team from the Land of the Rising Sun will take place on June 19 against Colombia.
