The organizers of the World Cup have set strict COVID rules for fans coming to their country.
Journalist Rob Harris reports that fans arriving in Qatar to support their national teams must provide a negative PCR test, which must be conducted at least 48 hours before.
Foreigners over 18 years old must also install a special app on their devices, which can prove that the person is not infected with the coronavirus.
Only in this case will fans be allowed into closed spaces in Qatar.
The World Cup will take place from November 20 to December 18.
