Pedro and G. Jesus have connected the future with their clubs

London's "Chelsea" official website reported that Pedro has extended his contract for another year.

The 31-year-old winger had a contract until the summer of 2019, but both parties decided to extend the collaboration until 2020.

It is believed that Maurizio Sarri played a key role in this decision, as he believes that the Spaniard can fit perfectly into his tactics. Under the management of Antonio Conte, Pedro was left on the sidelines and there were rumors that he would leave the club this summer.

Pedro joined "Chelsea" in 2015, when he decided to part ways with "Barcelona". Since then, the footballer has managed to play 131 matches and score 28 goals.

Brazilian football star Gabriel Jesus also received a new contract - "Manchester City" extended the agreement with the promising footballer until 2023.

G. Jesus was acquired by the "citizens" team in 2016, but only joined the team in the winter of 2017. Since his arrival, the Brazilian has impressed Pep Guardiola and even managed to push Sergio Aguero out of the starting lineup.

Last season, G. Jesus played a key role in the success of the Premier League - scoring 13 goals in 29 matches. In total, the striker has played 53 matches for the club and scored 24 goals.
