The legend of Pepe has not faded yet.

The veteran of "Porto" and football legend once again proved that age is just a number. He delivered two great performances in the Champions League quarterfinals and made history in this tournament.

Before facing "Arsenal" in the second leg of the quarterfinals, Pepe became the first player in the Champions League history to play a match in the tournament at the age of 41. The oldest player to ever play in the Champions League was only a goalkeeper.

The former "Real" player is the same age as "Arsenal" manager Mikel Arteta.

However, "Arsenal" managed to surpass the Portuguese team in the first knockout stage of the Champions League, although it was a tough match.
