Madrid's president Florentino Perez claims he does not regret the decision to sell Wesley Sneijder to the Milan "Inter" club.

The Dutch national team member moved to Italy in the summer of 2008 and shone as one of the best midfielders in Europe.

He helped "Inter" triumph in the Italian championship, Champions League, national cup competitions, and reached the final of the World Cup with the national team, where they lost to the Spaniards.

"It's true that two great footballers left the team - Wesley Sneijder and Arjen Robben, but they were replaced by Kaka and Cristiano Ronaldo," Perez said.

"I don't know if they are better or worse, but with the two Dutch players, we conceded four goals against Liverpool and six against Barcelona."
