"Porto" and "Schalke" ended their performance in Group D with victories

On Tuesday at 19:55, the last two matches of Group D in the UEFA Champions League were played.

In Istanbul, the local team "Galatasaray" faced "Porto". "Porto", who had already secured the first place before the round, celebrated a victory with a score of 3:2.

In the first half, "Porto" was leading with a score of 2:0, but at the end of the half, Sofiane Feghouli brought the hosts back into the game by scoring a penalty kick from 11 meters.

In the second half, Sergio Oliveira again returned the two-goal advantage to the guests. "Galatasaray" responded with a goal after eight minutes, and shortly after could have equalized the score, but S. Feghouli missed another 11-meter penalty kick.

In the other match, at the end of the match, Gelsenkirchen's "Schalke" defeated Moscow's "Lokomotiv" team, which could take advantage of "Galatasaray's" misfortune and earn the right to compete in the Europa League.

"Porto" remained in first place with 16 points, "Schalke" lagged behind by five points. "Galatasaray" team settled for third place and a consolation ticket to the Europa League.
