President Pinta Da Costa assures that the buyout price of coach Andre Villas Boas' contract is 15 million euros.
The 33-year-old specialist, after an excellent season, is linked to European giants such as London's "Chelsea". However, the Portuguese champions, winners of the national cup and the Europa League, do not intend to let go of the coach who has secured three titles.
"I don't believe Villas Boas will leave, but there is a provision for a 15 million euro buyout in the contract," said Pinta Da Costa. "Nevertheless, even if someone were to offer that amount, I believe the coach would refuse to leave.
He is very loyal, and we feel it even more after a successful season. Just a few days ago, Andre even told me that if none of the players leave, there will be no need to buy new ones either."
