In the second semifinal match of the Champions League between FC Porto and La Coruña, a goalless draw was recorded.

Both in the first and second halves, the teams played roughly and did not show beautiful football. At the beginning of the second half, the "Deportivo" players were slightly more dangerous, but they failed to capitalize on their chances.

The Lithuanian player played the entire second half and was quite active. Closest to scoring was in an attack involving Jankauskas - in the 65th minute, his pass was missed by Benis Makartis, and Maniche's strong shot from 20 meters bounced off the crossbar.

In the 77th minute, Jankauskas, trying to push the ball forward, was tripped just outside the penalty area by Romero, but the referee's whistle remained silent. This caused major protests on the "Porto" bench.

With eight minutes left in the match, the Lithuanian had a very real chance to score. After Deco's cross from the right, Edgaras nodded the ball and it flew just a few centimeters wide of the left goalpost.

In the 87th minute, "Deportivo" defender Jorge Andrade was sent off for a foul on Deco. As the match neared its end, the Portuguese tried to press their opponents, but the game ended in a draw.

The "Lithuanian" team faces a tough test in two weeks at the "Riazor" stadium. Without a doubt, "Porto" should not be satisfied with this draw, as they will likely need to score an away goal.
