The German Football Association announced that each member of their national team will receive a bonus of 300,000 euros if they win this year's European Football Championship.
It is said that players will not receive anything for games in the group stage and possible victories, and the "counter will start rolling" only when the team reaches the quarterfinals. For reaching the first knockout stage, each player will receive 50,000 euros.
If the team reaches the semi-finals, the players will earn an additional 100,000 euros, and if they compete in the decisive match for the gold medal - another 150,000 euros.
In the last European Championship, the Germans marched to the semi-finals.
