"Manchester United" newcomer Paul Pogba spoke very respectfully about the team legend Alex Ferguson.
The longtime "Red Devils" strategist did not give the Frenchman a chance to shine in the main lineup a few years ago and the midfielder decided to leave for the "Serie A" championship.
The career change gave wings to the Frenchman and he returned to Manchester as the most expensive footballer on the planet.
"I feel a great respect for him, he is the best football coach of all time. I never had any problems with him," said the midfielder.
"The only thing was that I wanted to play. Maybe, looking back, it was a bit too early from his perspective. Meanwhile, I was ready.
"I learned a lot from Alex, always respected him as a strategist and hope to meet him again," Pogba said.
