"Premier" league 2021-22 season - biggest stadiums and three new clubs © JumpStory

On August 13, the long-awaited season of the English Premier League begins. This season, compared to the previous one, we will not see the teams of "Fulham", "West Bromwich Albion", and "Sheffield United" in the top league. The first two teams spent only one season in the Premier League, while "Sheffield United" spent two seasons. Bonuses and offers are what allows companies to attract the attention of new players and thus arouse interest in joining the newly started highest league in England.

In this article, we will introduce you to the newly joined teams and the largest stadiums among the 20 strongest English teams in the 2021-22 season. The three mentioned teams that dropped from the top league will be replaced by well-known teams like "Norwich City" and "Watford", which have dropped just one season. The third team joining the Premier League is "Brentford", which will play in the top league after a break of 74 years, making it undoubtedly a new opportunity for the team. It can already be said that this 2021-22 season will be historic for the team. It would be hard to expect that these three teams will achieve high results, but survival in the Premier League would already be a great success.

Interestingly, the team that has the smallest stadium in the Premier League is "Brentford", which can accommodate only 17,250 spectators. In comparison, the largest stadium "Old Trafford" is four times bigger. "Norwich City" and "Watford" also cannot boast of large stadiums, as they are among the smallest of all 20 teams in the Premier League – 27,244 and 22,200 respectively. "Burnley" stadium accommodates less than 30,000 spectators – 21,944, and London's "Crystal Palace" – 25,486.

One of the biggest transfers this off-season was J. Grealish's move to Manchester City, where he will play in the fifth largest stadium, accommodating 55,017 people. Interestingly, the other Manchester team "United" has the largest stadium of all 20 teams, accommodating a whopping 74,140 spectators. The newest stadium of London's "Tottenham Hotspur" team, which stands out for its innovative solutions, accommodates 62,303 spectators.

One of the most famous and well-known stadiums in England without a doubt is Liverpool's "Anfield" stadium. Although it can accommodate not very many people – 53,394, the atmosphere here is one of the most impressive not only among the 20 strongest Premier League teams but also throughout Europe. This stadium has witnessed countless historic victories, and fans give their all in every match. Just the fact that players have to stand in line for years to get a season ticket shows how much this city loves its team.

The struggling "Aston Villa" team of late has one of the larger stadiums, accommodating 42,682 spectators, which is larger than those of well-known teams like "Chelsea" or "Everton". "West Ham United" has a particularly large stadium, accommodating up to 60,000 spectators. This stadium was transferred to the football club after the Olympic Games in London. With the stadium came many challenges, as the stands are almost never filled to capacity, and ticket prices are not very low.

The "Leicester City" team, which is increasingly trying to break into the list of elite English teams, has a stadium that can accommodate 32,312 spectators, while the "Newcastle United" team, which has not achieved significant victories in a long time, has a stadium that can accommodate a whopping 52,305 spectators.
