How would the budgets of "Premier League" clubs look if it was decided to rely on the experience of other countries and, let's say, introduce restrictions that apply in Spain? This would mean that teams' expenses on player salaries would depend on the generated income and thus would tie the hands of teams wanting to quickly rise. As "The Athletic" wrote, in that case, two Manchester teams would be at the top. The first place would belong to "Man Utd" (£456 million), the second - to "Man City" (£428 million). The top five would also include "Chelsea" (£351 million), "Tottenham" (£346 million) and "Liverpool" (£339 million). The last place would belong to the "Everton" team, which could spend only £49 million.
