On Saturday evening, another round of 14 matches was played in the English Premier League.
Managed by Mauricio Pochettino, London's Tottenham dominated at home against Swansea. The Spurs crushed the Swans with a score of 5-0, with Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen each scoring a brace.
In the 39th minute, H. Kane scored from the penalty spot, and at the end of the first half, Heung-Min Son increased the lead. At the start of the second half, H. Kane scored again, and later C. Eriksen added two more goals.
In other matches, current champions Leicester continue to struggle without a win. Sunderland defeated the Foxes 2-1 in front of their own fans, who have now failed to win in their last five matches in a row.
Other matches ended with Crystal Palace's convincing victory against Southampton, Stoke City's win against Burnley, and Watford's failure against West Brom.
In the last match, London's Arsenal faced West Ham. The Hammers were crushed 5-1 by the visitors from North London.
Alexis Sanchez stood out for the winners, scoring a hat-trick. Mesut Ozil and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain also added goals, while Andy Carroll scored a consolation goal for West Ham in the 83rd minute.
After the victory, Arsenal moved to the second position, but Liverpool players will have the opportunity to push the Gunners out of there.
