In the "Premier" League of England, six more matches of the third round were played yesterday. Another victory for the "Arsenal" footballers set a new record of 43 consecutive matches unbeaten.
Races against "Blackburn" cannoners were won with a convincing result. Although the first half ended goalless, in the second T.Henry, G.Silva, and Jose Reyes scored three dry goals. After this victory, "Arsenal" became the tournament leader due to a better goal difference against "Chelsea."
Even playing without four main defenders, "Middlesbrough" won 2-0 away against "Fulham". M.Viduka and S.Nemeth scored goals in the second half of the match. Although this was only the first victory for "Middlesbrough" this season, they climbed to ninth place in the tournament table.
