"Premier League's Worst Team"

At the end of the year, the portal goal.com together with symbolic teams of the strongest European national championships decided to announce the "Premier" league XI, which is made up of the worst players.

In the goal, there is a representative of "Liverpool" Simon Mignolet. This season, the Belgian is playing very insecurely and has already made several mistakes. Mignolet has recently even lost his place in the starting lineup to Brad Jones.

The defensive line is started by right-back Kyle Naughton from London's "Tottenham". The 26-year-old Englishman appeared in only five matches, but managed to receive two red cards. Naughton currently shows very poor form and is only the third choice in his position. It was his performance that was one of the reasons to bring DeAndre Yedlin in this winter.

The central defender pair consists of "Newcastle United" player Mike Williamson and Dejan Lovren, who joined "Liverpool" this summer. While the first one played in the starting lineup, their team conceded 26 goals in 14 matches, and failed to win the first seven games. The Croatian player of the Merseyside team, on the other hand, made a number of mistakes, two of which led opponents directly to goal.

Veteran Paul Konchesky from "Leicester City" is in the left-back position. The poor performances of the 33-year-old footballer resulted in his team conceding 31 goals after the first half of the season.

Among the worst midfielders of the "Premier" league are London's "Arsenal" player Mathieu Flamini and Hull City's loanee Gaston Ramirez. The representative of the "Gunners" throughout the season fails to provide reliable cover for defenders, and moments when he poorly holds his position have resulted in opponents' goals several times. The Uruguayan player from Hull, in turn, started in only four matches and did not demonstrate solid play during them.

The worst right winger so far is Charles N'Zogbia from Aston Villa in Birmingham. Despite the fact that the team's attacks are effective every season, this year, the Frenchman created only 9 chances for his teammates in 15 matches.

On the other side, there is also the Hull City loanee Hatem Ben Arfa. The Frenchman, whose work ethic did not satisfy the coach Steve Bruce, is currently temporarily in Paris and it does not seem that he will join the team in the near future. The 27-year-old player ran away from the field after only eight matches.

One of the two worst forwards is the widely discussed Mario Balotelli. The 16 million pound purchase from "Liverpool" has so far played very ineffectively and has not yet managed to score in the "Premier" league.

The Italian's partner up front is the most expensive purchase in the history of "West Bromwich Albion" Brown Ideye. The Nigerian, despite his price, does not regularly get into the starting lineup. This season, the striker scored only one goal, and recently dismissed coach Alan Irvine said that Ideye is having a hard time defeating the goalkeeper even in training.
