„Barcelona“ is getting closer to acquiring „Inter“ forward Lautaro Martinez from Milan. As reported by „Mundo Deportivo“, the Catalans are actively negotiating with the 22-year-old Argentine. According to the press, both sides may have already reached an agreement on all points of the future contract. The contract would guarantee the player a salary of 10 million euros per season. Now L. Martinez will have another task - to express to the officials of the „Serie A“ club that he wants to move to Catalonia. The player's contract includes a release clause of 111 million euros, which will be valid from July 1 to the 15th, but „Barcelona“ hopes they won't have to pay that amount. „Inter“ manager Beppe Marotta had previously stated that the Italians never sell players they need unless the player expresses a desire to leave the team.
