The Catalan newspaper "Sport" reports that "Barcelona" has reached an agreement with "Valencia" earlier for the acquisition of right-back defender Joao Cancelo.
It is said that both clubs will officially confirm the transfer only when the winter transfer window opens, and the 22-year-old Portuguese will strengthen the Catalan team after the season.
"Sport" states that "Barcelona" will pay 30 million euros for the promising Portuguese. Luis Enrique wants to solve the right-back defender issues, as he is not completely satisfied with the duo of Sergi Roberto and Aleix Vidal.
J. Cancelo joined "Valencia" in 2014. During this period, the Portuguese managed to play 59 matches and score three goals.
