Reports are starting to spread in England that "Manchester United" are one step away from acquiring Harry Maguire.
"The Sun" journalist Damian Burchardt reports that "Leicester" has accepted the final offer for the 26-year-old center-back. According to them, "Man Utd" will pay 80 million pounds - 60 million transfer fee and 20 million in possible bonuses.
If negotiations end with this amount, H. Maguire will become the most expensive defender of all time. This record currently belongs to Virgil van Dijk, for whom "Liverpool" paid 75 million pounds.
"The Sun" adds that the player will undergo a medical examination on Monday and will join the "Man Utd" team preparing for the season.
Other journalists, Duncan Castles and Ian McGarry, also report that an agreement has been reached regarding H. Maguire.
