Appearing excellently prepared and starting the season with Madrid's "Real", Mateo Kovačičius is valued at his club.
The newspaper "AS" reports that not long ago Madrid's "Real" rejected a €75 million offer from Turin's "Juventus" for the Croatian midfielder.
M. Kovačičius, who arrived in Madrid in 2015, is not a starter in the "white" ranks, but due to various injuries, the Croatian had plenty of opportunities last season and convinced Zinedine Zidane with his performance.
This season, M. Kovačičius is also not expected to have a primary role in the team, but the versatile midfielder showed his capability in the first two matches against "Barcelona," being considered one of the main architects of the victory, not even allowing Lionel Messi to think about dangerous runs.
The future of M. Kovačičius was not clear at all this summer, so "Juventus" tried to take advantage of the situation. However, "Real" sees its future with the Croatian and insisted to the Italian champions that the midfielder is simply not for sale.
The 23-year-old footballer has already played 75 matches for "Real," scoring three goals and winning the UEFA Champions League twice.
