34-year-old attacking veteran Zlatan Ibrahimovic has extended his contract with Paris Saint-Germain for another year, as announced by "La Gazzetta Dello Sport".
The contract of the Swedish national team footballer with PSG ends this summer. There have been rumors in the media that another striker's position could be in the English Premier League, but reports have suggested that the Swede may stay in Paris.
Z. Ibrahimovic has been linked with clubs such as Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea, as well as West Ham showing interest in his services.
PSG's coach and owners are still satisfied with the striker's performance, so they have decided to extend his contract and keep the same €12 million annual salary.
This season, Z. Ibrahimovic has played 42 matches in all competitions and scored 39 goals.
