Cole Palmer, who had a fantastic season playing for London's Chelsea club, was selected as the best young player of the year in the English Premier League.

The leader of the "Aristocrats" scored 22 goals and made 10 assists this season.

London's Chelsea won four consecutive Premier League matches and are currently in 6th place in the table.
