Representatives of the club competing in the "Bundesliga" championship in Germany have announced that the club has signed a four-year contract with Belgian national team defender Daniel van Buyten, who has won against such clubs as [insert club names here].
It is reported that the German team paid 4 million euros (14 million litas) for the player.
The 26-year-old defender, who spent the second part of this season in England, on loan to "Man City" club, is already the third purchase for "HSV" this season. The team, which will participate in the Intertoto Cup next season, has already signed contracts with van Buyten's teammate in the Belgian national team Emile Mpenza and rising German football star Benjamin Lauth.
