After ending his career after the European Championship, Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos was surprised by his daughter's tears during his farewell:

"I was surprised when I saw my daughter crying during Saturday's match, because she was the happiest person when I told her that I would end my career!

There was a 'war' with my son at home, as he did not want me to end my professional football career.

Toni Kroos' last club match will take place this Saturday, when Real Madrid will face Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League final.
