As previously announced, Ruud van Nistelrooy is supposed to move to work in England. However, it is not yet clear which team.

The 47-year-old specialist strongly linked to Burnley has attracted the attention of Manchester United, reports journalist Fabrizio Romano.

The former striker is invited to join the Manchester United coaching staff. The club's leaders want to strengthen the team by inviting new people alongside Erik ten Hag.

R. van Nistelrooy is familiar with the Red Devils' club. He played there from 2001 to 2006.

In the 2022-23 season, R. van Nistelrooy worked at PSV, with which he won the Dutch Cup and finished second in the Eredivisie championship.
